Drew's Coaching Programs

Drew's Coaching Programs consist of an Initial Consultation($175).  In this consultation you will be assessed according to Oriental Medicine i.e., pulse, tongue, and two extensive health assessment forms.  Based upon this information, Drew will create an individualized program for you which includes recipes, individualized herbal formulas, and nutritional protocols.  At the end of your first visit, Drew may suggest one of his individualized coaching programs if he thinks it is essential for your health issues.

Drew's '5 Element' Coaching Programs are $300  for 1 visit and 2 phone consults (write down all your questions). You will receive specific qi kong exercises, recipes and individualized herbal formulas and nutritional protocols based on modern nutritional bio-chemistry.

Protocol #1 Digestive Health – Harmonizing Earth

According to Oriental Medicine, a strong Earth, or digestive system

plays the most important role in our overall health. It enables us to

extract life supporting nourishment and Qi (life energy) from our food

as well as providing a first line of defense against harmful

microorganisms, i.e., parasites and yeast. Our digestive system is a

complex harmony between healthy and unhealthy bacteria. When unhealthy

bacteria begin to grow out of control it is called dysbiosis (not

living in harmony), this can lead to such symptoms as bloating, gas,

irregular bowel movements, constipation, acid reflux, gallbladder

issues, food and environmental sensitivities.

According to Oriental Medicine the liver and the lungs are responsible

for maintaining the free flow of Qi. When the Qi is not constrained,

the body is able to effectively remove harmful toxins and manage pain

and inflammation. However, when the liver Qi becomes stagnate, it is

unable to effectively perform these functions resulting in such

symptoms as chronic pain, inflammation, fatigue, chemical
